Challenge

Find a way to improve customer experience scores and motivate and engage reps.



Solution


This incentive program was created to recognize and reward call center representatives for high customer experience scores. Themed launch communications were sent to 14,000 reps along with themed call center décor for each of the 240 centers. Monthly progress updates kept the campaign top-of-mind and custom awards motivated reps to achieve customer service excellence.
